Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Reno, Nevada. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Construct ADA compliant raised crosswalk on the south side of Chemistry Building that will connect to Harry Reid Engineering Building. The estimated cost range for the project is $7,515 to $107,515. Liquidated damages are $200 per day. Construction blackout dates are Wednesday, May 14 to Saturday, May 16. Work must be completed by July 20, 2026. Staging of construction materials is allowed at the Silver-12 surface parking lot, north of the Harry Reid Engineering Laboratory or to the east of the Physics building, adjacent to the mechanical yard. The Silver-12 surface parking lot will be closed to parking for the duration of the construction project. Required insurance includes Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Pollution Liability, and Contractors Equipment (including any equipment for the job). All documents must be submitted electronically via the designated website. Physical documents are not accepted in response to any solicitation.
