The Project involves improvements at the Reno-Stead Water Reclamation Facility (RSWRF), a new APW Facility (APWF), APW Export Pump Station, conveyance pipeline, APW Polishing Facility, storage basins, and injection, monitoring, and extraction wells, etc. Question Deadline 03/19/2026 at 2:00 PM PT Answers and Clarifications will be provided no later than the date indicated here. 3/23/2026 0200 PM All content viewed and/or downloaded is consider confidential information and shall be used by the Recipient solely for the purpose of evaluating and potentially submitting a bid for the Project, and not in any way detrimental to TMWA.
