The purpose is to obtain pricing from vendors to fabricate, deliver, and assemble aluminum structural plate pipe arch and headwalls for Division 9 Bridge Maintenance. The current structure is in poor condition and in need of replacement. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) and any addenda. Vendors are responsible for reading the instructions, complying with all requirements and specifications, and obtaining and complying with all addenda and changes. Questions or exceptions regarding components of the IFB must be submitted as questions per the bid questions section. Changes resulting from questions will be issued as an IFB addendum. Other than through this process or negotiation, the State will not evaluate or consider additional or modified terms and conditions in the vendor's bid. The vendor’s bid shall constitute a firm offer held open for the required period.
