Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Amery, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
Description of work: Building construction, grading, aggregate base, bituminous paving, holding tank, and incidental construction. Estimate of major quantities: Pre-engineered metal building construction, building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. This project will be electronically bid. Paper bids will NOT be accepted or allowed. Sealed electronic proposals must be submitted via the bidexpress.com bidding service before the established deadline. Bids will not be accepted past the deadline for the close of bids. Proposal forms are included with the plans and specifications, and are subject to the provisions of Wis. Stat. 66.0901(7).
