Renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in Peru, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and fire / police facility.
As of May 12, 2026, bids remain under evaluation. A recommendation for awards has been made and are in review. The Peru Fire District is requesting separate sealed bids for the renovation and addition to the existing Peru Fire District Station for Contract 3: HVAC Construction. Bid proposals must include all required items listed in the Bidders Checklist, including but not limited to, Non-Collusion Certificate, Statement of Surety's Intent, and Certification of Compliance with the Iran Divestment Act, as required by General Municipal Law 103-g. Bidders are to follow the Instructions to Bidders and are required to provide Bid Security in the sum of no less than 5% of the Bid Amount. Offers must be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission. The successful bidder will be required to provide Payment & Performance Bonds in the amount of 100% of their contract for this project. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. All questions regarding plans and specifications must be submitted in writing to Architectural & Engineering Design Associates, P.C. Responses will be issued in writing in the form of Project Addenda and will be distributed to all plan holders. The deadline for question submission will be 3 P.M. March 12, 2026 (9) business days before the bid opening any questions submitted after this time will not be subject to response by addendum.
