The Work, Secondary Complex - Repair Steam Tunnel & Water Infiltration, File No. 171/23055.JGH includes, but is not necessarily limited to Steam Tunnel Concrete Restoration The site is located at 7432 Parsons Drive, Dimondale, Mi. 48821, as shown on the Drawings. The project involves repair of the precast concrete steam tunnels serving the State of Michigan Secondary Complex. The work includes repairing concrete tunnels, metal steam tunnel supports/braces, and additional patching. There is a significant amount of steam tunnels, and the damage varies throughout many locations. All bid responses require proof of State Project Registration from the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity. Bid responses and attachments must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS. Contractors should submit a maximum of two attachments (both less than 25 MB): one for bid documents (including Bid Summary, Bid Schedule, Bid Bond, Certification forms, Signature Authority, etc.), and if applicable, another for Qualified Disabled Veteran information. Proposals will not be accepted after the 2:00 p.m. deadline. If issues arise with electronic submission, contact the SIGMA Help Desk or Design and Construction Contract Specialists. Emailed submissions may be permitted with approval and must be received before the deadline. Bid responses should not be emailed to the Project Director. A 5% bid security is required. Questions should be emailed to the specified contact by the stated deadline.
