Renovation of a detention facility in Gretna, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Provide labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and all other incidentals necessary to remove, properly dispose of, supply and install water boilers at the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center located at 100 Dolhonde Street, Gretna, LA 70053. The base bid is to replace, supply, and install three water boilers (Serial# G11H00234400, 3115101830594, 1944116828663). Alternate One includes the replacement, supply, and installation of one additional water boiler (Serial# I12H00243326). Alternate Two includes the replacement, supply, and installation of another water boiler (Serial# I12H00243019). Bidders must have a Louisiana State Contractor’s License in the Major Class of Mechanical, and the license number must be entered in the appropriate field in the electronic procurement system. Failure to comply will cause the bid to be rejected.
