Bids must be submitted electronically and include all documents defining the proposal. The contract will be awarded as a lump sum. A Bid Bond of 5% is required. Delivery point is 17497 State Highway 64, Rangely, Colorado. The requirements include FOB Destination. Question Deadline 03/02/2026 at 6:00 PM MT Questions must be submitted online by the deadline.
