Christian County invites qualified vendors to submit responses for Tree Trimming & Removal Services on Holder Road, Clever, MO. The project requires providing a lump sum price for tree trimming and removal services as specified. There are no minimum or maximum quantities guaranteed for the contract. The contract will begin on the date it is awarded and will be for this project only, with the timeline for completion determined in coordination with the Highway Administrator. Bidders must submit their proposals through the Christian County online e-bidding portal; no hand-delivered, faxed, or emailed bids will be accepted. Bids are due by the specified closing date and time. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure correct time zone settings. If the electronic bid system is unavailable at the deadline, submissions will be extended to the next business day. The award will be made to the lowest priced, most responsive, and responsible vendor whose proposal is most advantageous to the County, considering all evaluation criteria. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, make multiple awards, and clarify any portion of a proposal as needed. Vendors must print, review, sign, and upload the Declaration Page as part of their response, certifying compliance with all requirements and specifications. Awarded vendors must adhere to all posted terms and conditions, insurance requirements, and applicable laws including the Missouri Transient Employer Law and E-Verify requirements. Questions must be submitted via the online portal before the question cutoff date. There will be no pre-bid conference, but site visits are allowed. Trees for removal will be marked and correspond to a provided map.
