Renovation of a mixed-use development in Clever, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
CLEVER R-V SCHOOLS The unified bids shall include all work included in the Contract Documents including, but not limited to the Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and General Scope of work for the project. Clever R-V School District will receive sealed bids DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS A. Definition: An alternate is an amount proposed by Bidders and stated on Bid Form that will be added to the Base Bid amount if Owner decides to accept a corresponding change in either scope of work or in products, materials, equipment,systems or installation methods described in Contract Documents. 1. Contractor shall hold alternate bid prices for 60 days from date of contract award. B. Coordination: Coordinate related work and modify and adjust adjacent work as required to ensure that work affected by accepted alternate is complete and fully integrated into project. C. Notification: Immediately following award of Contract prepare and distribute to each party involved, notification of status of alternate. Indicate whether alternate has been accepted, rejected or deferred for consideration at a later date. Include a complete description of negotiated modifications to alternate, if any.
