Description

Renovation of a laboratory facility in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

The work involves the replacement of Air Handling Units 211 and 212 at TAN-679 to improve reliability, energy efficiency, and operational safety. The scope may include the removal and disposal of the existing AHUs, installation of new units and associated components, and integration with the facilitys existing ductwork, electrical systems, and control systems. All work must meet applicable DOE, ASHRAE, and safety standards and include testing and commissioning to verify proper functionality and performance. The effort is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act and the INL Site Stabilization Agreement for construction activities performed within the INL site boundary. Location: Idaho National Laboratory, 2525 Fremont Ave, Idaho Falls, ID 83415, USA. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
