Site work for a water / sewer project in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the installation of approximately 870 lineal feet of corrugated plastic storm line and 8 Type M Inlets. All labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and complete performance of all work specified in the contract are required. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms as required by specifications, enclosed in sealed envelopes with the name and address of the bidder and the project name, and accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a bid bond or certified check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the base amount bid. All work must be constructed according to the drawings and specifications on file. Bidders must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including those regarding non-discrimination, prevailing wage, employment verification, construction codes, and equal employment opportunities. The owner reserves rights to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder.
