The City of Warren is seeking electronic bids from qualified vendors to furnish and plant fifty (50) trees at the City's Skatepark located at Eckstein Park. Vendors must submit their bids electronically via the BidNet (MITN) system and include a scanned PDF bid security with their submission. Bidders must also properly sign page three of the bid form in the "Signature of Authorized Company Representative" area. General requirements include FOB Destination, installation, insurance, onsite maintenance, and warranty information. A bid bond in the amount of $2,000 is required. To be considered, vendors must complete, sign, and submit pages 1-19 of the bid form electronically and include the required bid security as a PDF file. This contract consists of the following type of work. _ Furnish and install trees as specified _ Anchor and mulch trees _ Water trees _ Maintain new trees for a period of 2-years _ Remove anchors end of the 1-year period. Contractor is required to have a functioning email address. The planting list (addresses where the trees are to be planted at) will be sent via email to the awarded contractor from DPW.
