Sealed bids are invited for the construction of a municipal project consisting of approximately 175 feet of 8-inch force main crossing an unnamed tributary to Back Creek, along with all related appurtenances and restoration. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Information for Bidders. The project will be funded by Authority funds and is subject to Pennsylvania State Prevailing Wage Rates and additional State requirements. Prospective bidders must obtain bidding documents from the designated issuing office. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing on the attached Request for Information form, Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
