Lower Macungie Township will receive sealed bids for Crack Seal and Craftco Mastic One (for 2026). Sealed bids will be received until 9 AM (prevailing time) at the Lower Macungie Township Municipal Building, 3400 Brookside Road, Macungie, PA 18062, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Any bids received after 9 AM will be returned unopened. All bids should be sealed, marked, and addressed: LOWER MACUNGIE TOWNSHIP, 3400 BROOKSIDE ROAD, MACUNGIE, PA 18062 'Sealed Bid' and 2026 Crack Seal and Craftco Mastic One. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security made payable to Lower Macungie Township in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price for the annual contract amount. Individual bid forms are available 8 AM-4:30 PM at Lower Macungie Township, 3400 Brookside Road, Macungie, PA for a non-refundable fee of $10.00 each. The successful bidder will be required to provide contract security in the amount of 100% of the contract within 10 days of the award of contract. All bids shall be valid for 60 days. Lower Macungie Township reserves the right to waive any informality or make minor changes in the specs and/or to reject any or all bids.
