Sealed Bids for the Upper Milford Township Salem Bible Church Road Culvert Replacement Project. Bidders are required to bid on the total project. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check made payable to "Upper Milford Township" in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder shall provide a performance bond or certified check to the municipality in the amount of 100% of the contract within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
