Site work for a water / sewer project in Washington Boro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project generally includes the following activities: drilling and installation of ten vertical landfill gas extraction wells; procurement and installation of HDPE pipe for landfill gas laterals/headers and valves; procurement and installation of one landfill gas horizontal collector; testing of all landfill gas laterals/headers; backfilling excavated areas with aggregate, waste, and/or cover soil per project specifications; restoration and establishment of vegetation within disturbed areas; and clean-up of all areas to the Owner's satisfaction. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid total. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty days after bid opening, and the Owner will award a contract or reject all bids on or before this sixty-day period. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion. Potential bidders must contact LCSWMA directly to receive an official copy of the project plans.
