Demolition and site work for a warehouse / distribution facility in Washington Boro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 2,550-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
**As of January 12, 2021, the anticipated construction start date and completion date are not yet determined at this time. Bidder accepts all of the terms and conditions of the Invitation to Bid and Instructions to Bidders, including without limitation those dealing with the disposition of Bid security. This Bid will remain open for sixty (60) days after the day of Bid opening, unless award is delayed due to required approvals of another governmental agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which event the Bids shall remain open for a period of 120 days from the date of Bid opening. Thirty-day extensions of the date for the award may be made by Estimated cost ; We expect this work to exceed $20,000. The Project involved the demolition of five structures from 253 sf in size to 2,550 sf. Two of the structures are masonry, one is reinforced concrete and two are wood frame. Also included in this contract is removal and ultimate disposal of asbestos. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 12/15/2020 5:00 PM
