Site work for a water / sewer project in Washington Boro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Additional bound copies of the Project Manual: $50.00 per set. Additional Drawings: $1.50 per sheet. This project generally consists of the furnishing of all material for, and the construction of, the Lower Little Conestoga Interceptor Rehabilitation as presented in the contract documents. The project is in Manor Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted via electronically Questions must be submitted on or before 9/12/2019 11:00 AM The SCOPE OF WORK to be performed under this contract consists of the furnishing of all material and the construction, complete in place, for the Lower Little Conestoga Interceptor Rehabilitation Demonstration Project including but not limited to: pipe rehabilitation, CCTV inspection, sewer cleaning, geopolymer lining and/or CIPP lining, manhole/structure rehabilitation lining, and all general requirements, appurtenances and incidental items of work as shown on the Drawings, specified in the Specifications or as directed by the Engineer. After the Bid opening, Bids may be withdrawn only by complying with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania laws and regulations. A summary of such laws and regulations is given in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall remain open for a period of 60 days from the date of Bid opening unless award is delayed by a required approval from a government agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which event the Bids shall remain open for a period of 120 days from the date of Bid opening. See Instructions to Bidders for other provisions on the time available for acceptance of Bids. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or Bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent of the Bid total in the same fashion as all other submittals that are made with the Bid. The lowest responsible bidder shall submit the actual Bid security to the Authority within three (3) business days after bid opening. The LANCASTER AREA SEWER AUTHORITY hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any Bid.
