The North Latah County Highway District is accepting sealed bids for asphalt for chip seal operations. Bids should include a price per ton, freight included, for approximately 1000 tons of HFE-150 asphalt to be delivered to the vicinity of the three shop areas (Deary, Moscow, and Potlatch). Loads must be invoiced to the district within a month of delivery. Bids should be delivered to the North Latah County Highway District Office. The commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to award to the bidder deemed in the best interest of the district. All bidders agree that rejection creates no liability on the part of the district and submitting a bid constitutes agreement to these conditions.
