Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Three Rivers, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and road / highway.
Work includes the reconstruction of approximately 0.58 mile of roadway including sand subbase, aggregate base, and 4-inch HMA resurfacing; concrete curb and gutter, concrete and HMA drive approaches, concrete sidewalk including new ADA sidewalk ramps; storm sewer and outfall improvements, replacement of all water services from the existing water main to 18 inches inside the structure to meet current State lead compliance regulations; permanent pavement marking, grass restoration, and all related work. Prospective Bidders may request the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Three Rivers reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Three Rivers. Completion-November 15, 2026. Question Deadline 03/19/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
