Renovation of a municipal facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Forestry Building - Phase 2 Tenant Improvement. The project will focus on transforming the vacant 2nd floor into a dedicated file storage area and open workstations. This transformation involves demolishing the existing raised floor, constructing partition walls, and establishing a secure file storage space. The SARTR staff and their files will be relocated to this newly created 2nd-floor area. Following this, IR files and map room will be transferred to the 2nd floor by moving the files and map room equipment from the 8th, 9th, and 10th floors to the newly created 2nd floor storage rooms. Finally, a minor renovation will be conducted on the 8th and 9th floors to create additional office space for IR staff, accommodating anticipated future growth. TIMELINE: Planning and design work to commence shortly. Scope of work and schedules for working drawings, tender and construction may be confirmed mid-/fall 2026.
