Scope of Work 1. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, tools, materials, supplies, permits, vehicles, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove and legally dispose of 19 existing windows and related items and furnish and install 19 new dual paned windows and related hardware and components to Equipment Shop 8 Administration Building as described herein. 2. The services shall be performed at Caltrans District 32, Division of Equipment Shop 8 Administration Building, located at 320 S Sierra Way, San Bernardino, CA 92408, in San Bernardino County. 3. Any reference to Caltrans Contract Manager shall also include his/her designee. 4. This Agreement will commence on April 15, 2026 (Est.), or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement will expire on April 14, 2027 (Est.). The services shall be provided during normal business hours Monday through Friday 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding State holidays.
