Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Lake Waccamaw, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Town is requesting qualifications from contractors for the remodel and renovation of the following town-owned properties: o 107 Church Street The project scope will include, but is not limited to, the following work: Demolition General construction Electrical work Plumbing Drywall installation and finishing Painting Flooring. Contractors responding to this RFQ should have demonstrated experience in similar renovation projects and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
