Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 578-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project generally consists of development of a private garden to support educational needs of the Evergreen Transition Program including construction of a 1,594 square foot covered pavilion and storage structure, a 578 square foot premanufactured greenhouse, and synthetic turf exercise area, parking area, pathways, and site furnishings. The project also includes Right of Way improvements for public sidewalks, driveway reconfigurations, and utility connections. Bidders are to access bid documents free of charge via Builders Exchange of Washington or at specified local plan centers. A Public Works Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract is required. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond of a duly licensed bonding company, in the amount of 5 percent of the Base Bid plus Additive Alternate Bids, made payable to Bellevue School District. The Bellevue School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. No bidder may withdraw the bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty days.
