Description

Remodeling of a clubhouse / community center in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a clubhouse / community center.

This project is a remodel of the interior and one exterior window of the Sharp's Cabin located at the Bellevue Botanical Garden, to increase the usability of the facility. This project includes demolition and removal of materials, an exterior window and electircal, and the replacement to match the existing/historical materials. Project Manager Estimate: $45,000.00 REJECTION OF BIDS: The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. No Bid may be withdrawn until sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening thereof. TIME OF COMPLETION: Work under this contract shall begin with Notice to Proceed from the City. Work shall be completed by 11/27/2026. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: N/A. 4. PRE-BID OPTIONAL SITE-MEETING: A pre-bid optional site meeting is not required for this contract. 5. NOTICE TO PROCEED: Contractor shall not begin work until Project Manager gives them a Notice to Proceed.
