Renovation of a parking garage in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Renovation and update of the existing Parking Garage located in the center of the Bellevue College campus, consisting of structural repairs, durability upgrades, and a new stormwater drainage connection, while maintaining continuous parking access to most of the structure. Prevailing wages for King County apply, and apprenticeship participation is required on this project. Submittals are required to be electronically submitted prior to the deadline. Proposers should become familiar with the requirements of the Request for Qualifications and all included Articles and Attachments. The voluntary Diverse Business goal of 26%, which is an aggregate of: 10% Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), 6% Women Business Enterprises (WBE), 5% Veteran-owned Business, and 5% Washington Small Businesses selfidentified in the Washington Electronic Business Solution (WEBS) Question Deadline 03/31/2026 Any prospective proposer desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, RFQ/RFP, etc., must make a request in writing to the Facility Professional Services project manager Michele M. Hill, michele.hill@des.wa.gov Questions received less than seven calendar days before the time for submission of final proposals and bids may not be answered.
