This solicitation is issued to establish a roster of qualified weatherization installers to implement air sealing and insulation measures in approximately 20-25 single-family homes within the cities of Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Redmond, and Sammamish. Qualified installers on the roster will receive leads from Energy Smart Eastside on a round-robin basis and will work with homeowners to provide quotes for weatherization upgrades according to program guidelines. Contractors will contract directly with homeowners for the work, and invoice the program partner Hopelink for services provided. Contractors must comply with Title VI provisions.
