Work to be performed includes gravity storm pipe repair and replacement at 9 locations, including replacement of approximately 1,090 linear feet of storm gravity pipe (diameter 12" to 24") with ductile iron or PVC depending on depth, and the installation of approximately 270 linear feet of trenchless storm pipe liner (CIPP method). Other work includes CCTV inspection of storm pipe assets before and after construction, storm pipe cleaning before pre-construction CCTV inspection, traffic control, tree protection, temporary erosion and sediment control (TESC), restoration of landscaping, pavement, curb ramps, curb and gutter, driveway aprons, replacement of traffic loops (if affected), furnishing temporary traffic cameras, and construction surveying and as-builts. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond of at least 5% of the bid amount. Bidders must clearly mark the project name and bid number on the envelope and adhere to all supplemental responsible bidder criteria included in the special contract information section.
