Sealed bids are requested to pulverize and repave Railroad Street, from North Holly Avenue to West Menomonie Street (State Highway 12), as part of a Local Road Improvement Project. The work includes creating a 22' wide roadway with 2' shoulders on each side, a 3" compacted asphalt mat, and adjusting valve box and manhole heights to match the new road surface. All materials must meet WISDOT specifications and standards. A certificate of insurance is required. No work may begin until the SMA from WISDOT is received. Project completion is required by October 15, 2026. Bids must be sealed and submitted to the Village Clerk or dropped in the Village Hall drop box slot by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 12th, 2026. Envelopes must be marked "Railroad Street, LRIP Bids." Public opening of bids will occur on Thursday, March 19th, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Village Hall. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids or accept bids most advantageous to the Village.
