Site work and paving for a road / highway in Elwood, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work consists of the 2026 CCMG Paving and associated work items on various streets throughout the City of Elwood. Sealed bids are required and must be submitted on the specified bid forms. Each bid must include a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to the Owner in a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Successful bidders must provide performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price, effective through the construction contract term and for twelve months from the date of substantial completion. Bids received after the specified deadline will be returned unopened. Bidders must ensure bids are properly completed on the provided forms, include all required information from Indiana Form 96 (Revised 2013), and submit a written plan for an employee drug testing program for projects $150,000 or more, as per State of Indiana requirements. Each bidder is responsible for inspecting the project site(s) and familiarizing themselves with the contract documents and specifications. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any bid or combination of bids, or waive informalities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time.
