The project involves maintenance of Liberty Street, based on 220 linear feet. Bidders should provide a guaranteed maximum price, with unit prices stated for equipment, labor, and materials. Work items include mobilization to the project site, traffic control (signage), milling butt joints and power sweeping prior to paving, furnishing and installing a 2-inch average of compacted asphalt pavement, and adjusting manholes and gate valves by installing riser inserts. Bids may be awarded by individual roads to separate bidders or in any combination. The City reserves the right to refuse any or all bids and/or reject the lowest bid for cause.
