This procurement consists of the design and installation of a 1,000 kilowatt (1000 kW AC) floating solar array on OID's small reservoir near Prineville, Oregon. Work under this contract shall commence no later than June 1, 2026, including final design and procurement of all materials, and appurtenances. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids in accordance with ORS 279B.100. Any bidder may withdraw its bid prior to the time of bid opening and no bidder may withdraw its bid after the time of bid opening. This project is part of the Oregon Community Solar Program. The project is located within the Pacific Power utility service territory. OID Community Solar Project Description Ochoco Irrigation District desires to build and operate a floating photovoltaic power generation system on a re-regulation pond located near Prineville, Oregon. _ The system should maximize output not to exceed 1000 kW AC in size. _ The project is registered through the Oregon Community Solar Program with Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF) as the registered Project Manager (PM). _ The project is located in Pacific Power utility service territory, and the PV system will be grid intertied into an existing kVA distribution line that runs along the edge of the property. Pacific Power has completed an interconnection study for the project. The results of the study are included in Exhibits.
