Sealed proposals for E-Rate Project 470#260008499 are being solicited. No bids will be accepted after the designated date and time. Electronic or faxed submissions are not accepted. Specifications and general information may be requested by contacting the provided email or via the USAC website. Proposals must be sent through recognized delivery services providing certification of delivery. Bidders must confirm receipt by the purchasing department before the bid opening. The contract may be funded in whole or part by the federal government, requiring compliance with all relevant federal and state statutes and regulations, including the Federal Uniform Administrative Requirements 2CFR part 200, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., PL 1975, C. 127, N.J.A.C. 17:27, P.L. 2004, NJ Business Registration Act, and Chapter 33, Laws of 1977. Business organizations must be registered with the State and provide proof of registration with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue. Corporate respondents are required to submit a list of stockholders owning 10% or more of their stock. A Non-Collusion Affidavit must also be filed with the proposal. All required forms included in the RFP package must be completed and returned. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and rejection. No proposals may be withdrawn for 60 days after the opening date. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject all proposals as provided by law.
