Renovation of an educational facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed proposals will be received for the new Wake County Public Schools System – Athens Drive High School HVAC Chiller Piping in Raleigh, NC. Bids are being accepted for General Trades, Concrete, Flooring, and Mechanical packages. Bids will be opened publicly and only pre-qualified bidders will be accepted. Firms are encouraged to participate as Historically Underutilized Businesses, which must be certified through the Statewide Uniform Certification program. Opportunities for Minority Business participation should be included in bid submissions. Compliance with the State of North Carolina General Statutes for Minority Business is required. The Construction Manager and Owner reserve the right to reject any and all proposals. Pre-qualification Requirements: Bids will not be accepted from bidders that are not pre-qualified. Historically Underutilized Businesses must be certified by the Office for Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB Office) through the Statewide Uniform Certification (SWUC) program.
