The Cedar Rapids Airport Commission is soliciting proposals/bids from qualified companies for the Airport Farmland Waterway Shaping and Tiling Project. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting at the project location to view the site. Proposals must be submitted as one original in a sealed envelope by the deadline to the Office of the Airport Director at The Eastern Iowa Airport. Fax or email proposals are not acceptable. Bidders are encouraged to submit questions by email prior to the pre-proposal meeting. Question Deadline 03/11/2026 Any apparent inconsistencies, or any matter requiring explanation or interpretation, must be inquired into by the Proposer in writing
