Sealed bids are requested for High Voltage Electrical Services for the City of Cedar Rapids Water Division. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City's Online E-Procurement portal system. Email, fax, or hard copy submissions are not accepted. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring their response is correctly submitted into the system. No responsibility is assumed by the City for delays or errors in submittal by the supplier. Bids may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time, but may not be modified or withdrawn for a period of sixty calendar days thereafter. Bid results will not be provided over the telephone or prior to award. After the award, a bid tabulation summary will be sent to all companies who submitted a bid. Bids will be evaluated promptly after opening.
