Sealed qualifications are requested for the 2026 Northwest Water Treatment Plant Capacity Improvements - Construction Manager at Risk Services for the City of Cedar Rapids Utilities Department. Qualifications must be submitted electronically through the City's Online E-Procurement portal (Euna Procurement, powered by IonWave). Submittals by email, fax, or hard copy are not acceptable. Suppliers are responsible for correct submission into the electronic system. Submittals can be withdrawn before the closing time but may not be modified or withdrawn for sixty calendar days after the deadline. Results will be sent to all companies after an award is made; no results will be given over the telephone or prior to award.
