Sealed bids are requested for the purchase and delivery of concrete materials for the City of Cedar Rapids Public Works Department. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Online E-Procurement portal system (Euna Procurement, powered by IonWave). Email, fax, or hard copy submissions are not acceptable. Suppliers are responsible for correctly submitting their responses into the electronic system. The City is not responsible for delays or submission errors by the Supplier. Bids may be withdrawn before the scheduled closing time but cannot be modified or withdrawn for sixty calendar days thereafter. Bids will be evaluated after opening, and a bid tabulation summary will be sent to all companies who submit a bid. Bid results will not be provided over the phone or before the award.
