Sealed bids are invited for the Cloquet Public Schools Washington Elementary Plumbing System Upgrades at 801 12th Street, Cloquet, Minnesota. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked as a bid for the project. Plans and specifications are available electronically at no charge from the architect, or printed for a nonrefundable fee. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site. All bids must include a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond for 5% of the base bid, payable to Cloquet Public Schools, ISD 94, as bid security. This security will be retained as liquidated damages if the successful responder fails to execute the required bonds and contract documents within ten days of receipt. The organization reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waivers. Bids may not be withdrawn for at least 45 days from the bid closing date.
