The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is seeking bids for fire casualty loss repairs at Lakeview Terrace. Bids must be sealed and delivered to the CMHA Purchasing Department. Specifications are available on CMHA's website. Each bid must include a properly executed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check made payable to CMHA, in an amount not less than 10% of the total bid. The work is subject to Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968. Bids are firm and cannot be withdrawn for 120 calendar days after opening without CMHA's consent. CMHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities as deemed in its best interest. CMHA is exempt from all taxes.
