Site work and renovation of a civil project in Montgomery, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the following major components: 1. Demolition of approximately 8,500 LF of aerial outfall piping varying in diameters from 18- inch to 30-inch pipe. 2. Construction of three new pump stations including pumps, piping and valves, related site work, electrical work and electrical building, metal canopy, generators, and instrumentation and controls. 3. Removal and replacement of pump and piping at existing Pump Station 20. 4. Installation of new force main consisting of approximately 6,300 LF of 18-inch pipe and 3,000 LF of 20 pipe. The OWNER will only accept Proposals from contractors duly licensed by the Alabama State Licensing Board for General Contractors as required by applicable Alabama law, including without limitation Ala. pre-bid -All prospective bidders must email Kerry Henry at Kerry.henry@jacobs.com with the names of the representatives who will attend the pre-bid conference. Only names submitted will be allowed to visit Maxwell Air Force Base. Question Deadline 04/02/2026 Questions must be submitted no later than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening date to receive a response.
