The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and related services necessary to replace the warehouse dock leveler for the Central Alabama VA Health Care System in accordance with all requirements of the solicitation and applicable commercial standards. Work must be performed consistent with the scope of a commercial item procurement under FAR Subpart 12.6, including removal of the existing unit if required, installation of the replacement dock leveler, and completion of all tasks needed to ensure full functionality and safe operation upon turnover. All communication regarding this requirement must be directed to the Contracting Officer as outlined in the request for quotations.
