Renovation of an industrial development in Eureka, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.
Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, materials, tools, equipment, travel, supplies, parts, fees, permits, and incidentals necessary to remove and legally dispose of the current Exhaust Evacuation System (EES) and furnish and install a new EES including motors, reels, switches, ducting, wiring and all other components as described herein. 2. The services shall be performed at Caltrans District 32 Equipment Shop 1, Main Shop, located at 1650 Albee Street, Eureka, CA 95501, in Humboldt County. 3. Any reference to Caltrans Contract Manager shall also include his/her designee. 4. This Agreement will commence on April 15, 2026 (estimate), or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement will expire on April 14, 2027 (estimate). The services shall be provided during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding State holidays.
