Combined synopsis/solicitation for the provision, installation, and temporary operation of a chiller to support the Social Security Administration Child Care Center. Work includes furnishing all equipment, delivery, placement, connection, and maintenance of a temporary chiller system to ensure continuous and reliable cooling for the facility. Services must cover setup, operational support, and removal upon completion, with all work performed in accordance with applicable specifications and requirements. This requirement is full and open with no small business set-aside. **Location:** Social Security Administration - Child Care Center 6401 Security Boulevard, Baltimore, MD 21235 The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to install, operate, and remove a temporary chiller at the Childcare Center. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Delivery and installation of a temporary chiller unit with adequate capacity to meet the facility's cooling needs. Connection of the temporary chiller to the existing HVAC system. Provision of all required hoses, electrical connections, and controls. Testing and commissioning of the temporary chiller to ensure proper operation. Ongoing maintenance and monitoring of the temporary chiller throughout therental period. Removal of the temporary chiller and restoration of the site upon project completion.
