The Agency intends to enter into a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) for on-call multidisciplinary engineering services for an initial term of one year, with the possibility of annual renewal for up to five years. The MWA Board of Directors will include funding for initial Task Order project work in the Fiscal Year 2026/27 budget, and anticipates budgeting for these services over the next five years. Any renewals of the agreement are subject to mutual written agreement. The Agency reserves the right to terminate the agreement for services according to the PSA terms. Bidders must submit proposals electronically. The submission process is divided into two envelopes: Envelope 1 for identity and proposal (with documents defining the proposal, no pricing), and Envelope 2 for pricing (with documents defining the proposal, including pricing information).
