The successful bidder will enter into a contract with the State of Hawaii. Offers must be submitted through the Hiepro system. The vendor must be HCE compliant to qualify for selection. Please upload the offer form and all required documentation with the offer; failure to do so may cause disqualification of the offer or delay in proper execution of the contract. Performance of services requested under this contract shall be completed within twelve (12) months of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The contract may be extended by agreement in writing for three (3) additional twelve-month periods. Any extension must be made 90 days prior to expiration date.
