The project is titled 'Athletics Locker Renovation, Project No. Uhh-16141.' Bidders are required to respond to all items listed in the solicitation. The start of service is 06/01/2026 and the end of service is 01/01/2028. Freight and handling should be included in the price, and delivery is FOB destination at the Facilities Business Office, 1960 East-West Road Room B-102, Honolulu, HI 96822. Work also includes enclosure of the existing courtyard with a metal standing seam roof and glass storefront system to create a fully enclosed Weight & Fitness Room. Additional work includes structural steel; concrete; masonry; roofing and waterproofing; flashing and sheet metal; doors, frames, door hardware; glazing; windows; tile; new gypboard and ACT ceiling tile; resilient flooring; carpeting; wallcovering; graphic mural wall design; painting; toilet compartment; non-illuminated signage; lockers; classroom furniture; athletic, recreational, and therapeutic equipment; lead-based paint control measures, testing and air monitoring; wet-pipe fire suppression sprinklers; HVAC mechanical systems and equipment; ductwork; plumbing; electrical and light fixtures; and miscellaneous related work.
