Turnkey repair and replacement of the two compressors that operate a 150-Ton Daikin Chiller, including all parts, labor, refrigerant, installation, and programming to return the chiller to full operational status. Bidders should refer to Attachment 2 - Statement of Work for the complete description and see Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria. Question Deadline 02/26/2026 at 5:00 PM HT All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to spencer.hamilton@usda.gov Contractor shall remove and replace two existing compressors for a 150-Ton Daikin chiller 3.2.1 Contractor shall prep chiller, remove the existing compressors and dispose of them properly. 3.2.2 Contractor shall install new compressors and all associated hardware. 3.2.3 Contractor shall ensure new compressors are properly installed to include refrigerant and programming as required IAW manufacturers specifications. The Contractor will provide a turn-key project satisfying all Local, State, and Federal requirements. b. The Contractor will provide all the necessary materials and labor per Section 3.0 and properly dispose of all material being replaced. c. Contractor is responsible for any damage to adjacent equipment and miscellaneous objects that may become damaged during service, the Contractor is responsible for making repairs to meet or exceed conditions prior to damage. d. The Contractor is responsible for visiting the site prior to submitting a bid to observe existing conditions. No compensation will be provided for conditions that would be visible during an on-site visit for persons experienced performing this type of work.
