Sealed proposals are invited for the Lead Service Line (LSL) Replacement Project, IEPA Number L17378. The project involves the replacement of lead water service lines, as described in detail in the contract and related documents. Bidders must carefully review all contract documents and inspect the work site and surrounding area to familiarize themselves with all local conditions, including subsurface and concealed conditions, affecting the work. All Prime Contractors planning to submit bids must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting. Proposals must be submitted electronically by the deadline specified.
